Care
- The Perfect Pot is oven safe up to 450°F — no broilers, please
- Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pot is fully cooled
- Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents
- Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling
- Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils
- Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pot
- Deep clean with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda
- Do not use metal utensils
